As noted in the cancellation and rescheduling policies provided at registration, there can be no refunds for missed courses, no exceptions. As class size is limited, refunds may only be issued 2 business days prior to the course in order to allow the empty space to be filled by a student who really needs it.

However, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly! Life happens and we completely get it. Therefore, I can offer you a one-time discount for you to use when rescheduling your class. In other words, instead of paying the full course fee again, you will receive a 50% discount ($40).
Class rescheduling is done online using the following steps:
Choose a new date for your Preventive Health & Safety course.
Complete the registration with careful attention as this information will be used to issue your certificate. Please spell your complete name correctly and provide an accurate and complete mailing address to ensure you receive the certificate on time.
During checkout enter the coupon code RESCHEDULE and click “APPLY”
Click the blue button to “CONTINUE WITH PAYPAL” and complete your payment to finalize your registration. See below for an example.
NOTE: Your new booking is not guaranteed until it is paid AND approved by the administration.
Priority seating is given to students paying the full course fee.
We reserve the right to decline your new date due to limited seating.
If you miss or reschedule your rescheduled class for any reason, the full course fee will be due to reschedule your class again.
